Product Overview: The structure of GYXTW optical cable is to insert single-mode/multi-mode optical fibers into a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. The tube is filled with waterproof compound, and a layer of double-sided coated steel strip is longitudinally wrapped outside the loose tube. Water blocking material is added between the steel strip and the loose tube to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water resistance of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides and the sheath is formed into the cable

Product features:

1. Single mode or multimode optical fibers are inserted into loose sleeves made of high modulus polyester materials, filled with waterproof compounds, and coated with double-sided plastic (wrinkles) on the outside of the loose sleeves

2. Precise control of the excess length of the optical fiber ensures that the optical cable has good mechanical and temperature characteristics. The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength

3. The steel strip longitudinal wrapping, water blocking tape in the steel strip and loose sleeve ensure the compactness and longitudinal water blocking of the optical cable. Two steel wires are placed on both sides to strengthen the protective sheath

4. Fiber optic cables have a full cross-section water resistance, compact structure, small outer diameter, light weight, and are the most common outdoor communication cables. They are suitable for pipelines and overhead systems

5. The maximum number of cores for a single optical cable is 12

8. Fiber optic cable reinforcement core: Two 1.0mm diameter high-strength phosphorized steel wires on both sides of the sheath
